Cream of Potato Soup

4 medium sized potatoes, diced
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk or cream
1 medium sized onions, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp vetsin


Put onions and potatoes in saucepan add water to cover them. Add salt. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Mash them in the liquid. Add remaining ingredients stirring constantly, do not let it boil. Garnish with parsley and serve.
