How to Draw a Unicorn Easy

Cream of Potato Soup

4 medium sized potatoes, diced
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup milk or cream
1 medium sized onions, sliced
1 tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp vetsin

Put onions and potatoes in saucepan add water to cover them. Add salt. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Mash them in the liquid. Add remaining ingredients stirring constantly, do not let it boil. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Palitaw (Rice Dish)

2 cups sticky rice
1 small coconut, grated
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup roasted sesame seeds 

Soaked rice for at least 4 hours and grind to a stiff dough. Form into a small balls, flatten. Drop into boiling water. When the float, skim and drop in cold water to prevent from sticking each other. Drain and serve with grated coconut and pounded roasted sesame seeds.

Pineapple - Banana Breeze (Drink)

2 tbsp lemon juice
1 banana mashed
2 cups pineapple juice

Blend all until well mixed. Serve over crushed ice in 3 tall glasses.

Stuffed Tomato Salad

3 good sized tomatoes
1/2 cup diced celery
half of cucumber, peeled and diced
1/2 tbps finely chopped onion
3 tbsp mayonnaise
Lettuce
Salt to taste

Wash the tomatoes, cut the stem end and scoop out centers. Diced centers and combine with celery, cucumber, onion and enough salt to suit taste. Then fold in the mayonnaise. Cover and chill the filling and tomato shell separately. Stuff tomatoes with filling and serve at once on crisp lettuce 

Sweet Potato Bread

1 cup finely shredded sweet potato
1 cup flour
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder

Sift dry ingredients. Add shredded sweet potato then add the milk and mix thouroughly. Pour in a well greased pan and bake in oven 350 F for 40 mins.
